If you shop as a guest user, your detailed information and order details will be sent to you via confirmation e-mail.

If you want to change or cancel your order, you can do this during the final preparation phase before the products are delivered.

You can save your favourite products in your “List” so that you can access them at any time, so that they are always at hand. Please note that you need to be a registered customer to use the “List”

feature where you can categorise your favourites.

You can add your favourite products to your “List” by clicking on the heart icon on them and you can edit these lists later. You can edit the visibility of your “List” so that it can be seen by everyone and share it with the “Save link” option.

To complete the shopping, you need to add the products to the basket and follow the normal payment procedure.

Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the issuer.

You can choose to receive an invoice for your order in your personal or company name. After your order is delivered, you can access the invoice from your account.

For purchases you make without creating an account, it is possible to access your order history and download your invoices from your e-mail address.

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 1-2 working days.

Delivery is FREE for orders of 300₺ and above

The delivery fee is 29.99 TL for orders up to 3 decks under 300₺ for delivery within Turkey. 44.99 TL for 3 and above.
